Refund Policy

Because Breakfreekid sells digital products (PDF guides, worksheets, and printables), all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent, except as described below.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds may be issued if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not open, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 15 business days
• You have not yet downloaded or accessed the file and request a refund within [24/48] hours of purchase

How to request a refund Contact us at breakfreekid72@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after download
• Difficulty printing or using the PDF due to your own device/printer setup
• Failure to read the product description before purchase

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
